The month of May ends tomorrow midnight. I still have a prayer meeting to lead tonight and tomorrow’s worship rehearsal. I can’t remember when I had a break from preaching. But I felt the anointing strong and on Sunday I shall be speaking of end-time harvest conciding with harvest festival celebrated with the majority tribe here in Sabah and on Sunday’s Gawai celebrated by Dayaks, Ibans and the natives of Sarawak. But this month is a month in the Lord’s service.
Twice we went to a river, first time to welcome new youths, and last Sunday we went up a steep hill to reach out to a family, a middle aged woman with her four daughters. I had the most blessed time talking with the girls, even the youngest only 3 years old was not afraid and came to me everytime I extended my hands to her. I felt God’s love to humanity and with our hearts filled with Christ’s love we will reach out to the world. Then I taught my first baptism class, the third and final class with the baptismal candidates who will be baptised on Pentecost Sunday next week. I also attended twice a home group and talked with a church member’s father who has not accepted Christ. Many fathers need to be evangelised. Then we had our elders’ meeting with two elder candidates making a quorum of five. This Sunday will be a start of a new month. I have speaking engagement on the first Saturday next week and also at the end of the month, a seminar on End-Time on 27th June.
