When the Russia-Ukraine war started I told my wife to stock up the essentials like Nescafe, rice and stuff. But she was nonchalant about it as the war seems so far away. Lo and behold when we bought our usual Nescafé jar two weeks ago the price had gone up by RM2.70 which was about 12per cent increase. And tonight just before dinner, I stopped by the bakery to buy bread. And it was 50 cents more expensive per loaf of bread which amounts to 13 percent increase.
Inflation has been rising since last year and many retailers blamed it on the recurring lockdowns due to Covid-19. Now is the war and you have wars, pestilence and famine (in some places) and all the signs of the End-Time are right in front of our eyes for those who have eyes to see and ears to listen. But many who have eyes do not see and ears who do not listen what the Spirit is saying. Spiritual discernment which comes by biblical literacy guided by the Spirit is ever lacking in church today. Many people are hung up with their doctrines and dogmas and even the Spirit of truth they try to exegete away if it does not gel well with their theology. I take pride in my freedom, not attached to any particular dogma and creed, I sought the truth and wrote my book on Revelation based on what the Spirit taught me. If we fear men, secular and spiritual (religious), we will never be free to know the truth because the truth will set us free. God has his servants for the End time and those who have ears to listen will know whom they should listen to, but many will turn away, some into errors and and many will fall away (apostasy) from the Lord.
