Today is the 26th day of June in the year 2026. The gematria of YHWH, the name of God is 26. Just as Jesus in Greek has the number in gematria of 888. This is not numerology, but numbers mean something in the ancient Hebrew and Greek minds. Today is double 26 since the year is 2026. There are six months double 26 for the year 2026. It means half the year is almost gone. I am so glad that I can relax now seeing that my book was completed one month ago.
I don’t care much if I can get anything done in the next six months, but I will keep writing as I enjoy doing that and it is God’s gift in my life. It all started before Departure Points when my former MTheol student wrote and encouraged me in 2014, just a couple of months after my return from Singapore. And praise be to God that now I have published 7 books in the past 7 years on my own which means a total of 8 books including my revised thesis published by T & T Clark in 2005.For me it is not the number of books, but the quality and substance of the books produced. I believe it has blessed thousands as literally more than 1,000 people had bought my books over this 6 and a half years. It may not sound much, but Elijah was told the Lord had 7,000 men who had now bowed to Baal perhaps out of 1 million men in Israel at the time. Our denomination may have 100,000 members and if one percent (1,000) adults read my books and they are influenced by them for good and that they know the Lord more and draw to Him ever closer, then I shall be content.
