Planning for August

After a hectic month of July, I think I will have a busier August. Starting tonight sharing and leading Friday’s prayer meeting. Then on Sunday preaching in another SIB church nearby and this is the third SIB church beside my own congregation that I preach within the month. It is unusual for a church pastor to go out so often but beginning next Sunday I shall be preaching three consecutive weeks in my own place until the end of August when I shall travel into one of farthest interior churches there is in Sabah.

Before that on the fourth week of August I shall be conducting a preaching seminar in Kota Belud. Despite some people barking and biting at the side, no ministry thus far has been hindered though I have to be vigilant and not take anything for granted. 

If I can accomplish all that in August with travelling twice outstation and preaching four times in Kota Kinabalu it will be another busy month. Ironically, the Lord provides for me by opening doors of ministry as one who lives by the Gospel. There is more reward for hard work and I am grateful to the Lord that a few churches near and far still see value in my work and ministry for the Lord.
