What Price Freedom?

When I was called to serve the Lord as a 18 year old teenager I knew then I would serve for free for the price of freedom. Freedom to speak God’s Word to kings and slaves. Little did I realize it took 43 years after those fateful weeks that I had a series of visions in church that launched my ministry until today. A few may see I went for theological training BTheol and then further post grad study but little is known what God reveals in secret for no one can study or understand the book of Revelation unless God wills it to him.

I know the price of freedom as a young man, taking cases which I thought God glorifying and not focusing on profit. I learned as a church man never to complain about pay for whatever given is God’s grace. Even my year in Ranau 2016 I was paid only for the first three months of my local church’s salary while holding two jobs running the College and then rejoining it because a friend supported my ministry there.

I know the price of freedom when you speak you need to risk losing one’s position or job as there are powers to be that aren’t happy with free speech, even the oracles of God. I told someone today even 1,000 year old institution will go on as if forever, in peace but filled with errors and false teachings. It is the age of apostasy as Paul foretells in 2 Thes 2 when many will fall away from the faith and even those remain in church are mixed with wheat and weeds. Only God knows His beloved, those who do right and not holding a form of godliness but denying the power thereof. From these Paul says to keep away.
